Pickup

Art of Charcuterie occupies a shared retail space with Modest Meats. You can find our counter at the front of the store under our sign. You can ask one of the Modest Meats staff for your box!

Delivery

We use Advanced Courier delivery services and have a flat rate of $23 anywhere in Edmonton, St Albert or Sherwood Park. We also delivery to Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Beaumont, Leduc and other rural areas for an additional charge. Call for a quote.

We require a 2 hour period for the delivery. The delivery service often calls in advance to confirm you are home and sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances the delivery may take a little longer. Please note if no one is home to receive your order we will not leave our products on the door step. Our courier will return the product to AoC at 7345 104 St NW where it may be picked up or re-delivered for an additional delivery charge. You will need to contact us to arrange.

Our latest order time is 4:00 pm the day before. This cannot be guaranteed and does depend on the time of year. Often during holiday seasons we need 3-5 days advanced ordering. On the checkout page, you will be able to choose the closest available pickup time. If it is a last minute order please email orders@artofcharcuterie.ca and we will see what we can do.

We always say freshness is best! Refrigerate if not consuming immediately and bring to room temperature about an hour before eating. Our products can definitely be stored overnight in the fridge (tried and tested).

All of our boxes can be ordered gluten-free. We have vegan, vegetarian, no pork and no dairy selections.

While we do not place nuts in the boxes we cannot guarantee a nut-free environment. Our products are not recommended if you have a severe allergy to nuts.

No, all of the items in the box are curated from the availability of meats and cheeses. With that said, we can often accommodate likes and dislikes.

We are in the process of acquiring our liquor license.

Yes, we are a fully insured, registered business. We hold a current Alberta food handling permit along with food hygiene and health & safety training requirements. We pride ourselves on having the best standards, ensuring the best produce and food handling.
